The "Good Tide-ings" beach house is comfortably furnished, nice floor plan and very close to the beach and surf. The two upper floor bedrooms with ocean side balconies are perfect (tho the two street side rooms get road noise). Kitchen was reasonably provisioned but fry pans were worn out and need replaced, and no kettle to boil water was odd and inconvenient. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay.

Was a wonderful vacation spot! A lot of light and beautiful views in windows on side and front. Also beautiful view of the ocean from the upper and lower decks… The Lewis Realty company did a great job of reaching out to us very quickly every time we had a question or problem. When I couldn’t figure out how to work the elevator when we first arrived, they called quickly. The A/C was not working properly on the 2nd level the first night, and they sent someone out pretty quickly the next day, and fixed it. We had 10 people in our family there, and it didn’t feel crowded..it’s so open and roomy 🤗 I hope we can return another time. It’s the 3rd time we have rented homes in N Topsail, and this was the best one we’ve been in. The only thing I’d change would be the couches to be more comfortable

We had a great time, the staff were nice and the grounds were clean. The pool is very nice. Our room was clean and very accommodating for all our needs, cooking utensils linens and etc were great! Thanks for a great stay will be back very family feel and refreshing.

Our stay at Villa Capriani 110 B was wonderful and Lewis Realty was so helpful and accommodating. The view from the room was amazing of the pool and of the ocean. We enjoyed every second and especially enjoyed the on property restaurant. We understand that there will be a pool side bar opening soon. Thank you so much Lewis Realty for helping us with this special visit with our son.

We stayed 2 weeks in September with perfect weather and a fabulous time. Set up very well for our dog with completely enclosed deck space and yard. The dog enjoyed his freedom. We had a coffee pot fail and Lewis was there same day to replace it with a brand new one. The Sunny Turtle was perfect for us. Plenty of space. Will return.
