Beautiful building always maintained always clean. The office and Landlord is also very responsive and professional.

My stay here was decent. The location is walking distance to Newark Penn Station. There are a few restaurants and stores around for your convenience. However, inside the unit the walls are incredibly thin. No microwave, no washer and dryer(however there are community ones that’s located on the floor your unit is on with storage for your household needs). My neighbors blasted music throughout the day and night and smoked weed which ventilated into my unit. I complained and wrote several emails; however, I guess since this tenant has been here longer than me it was tolerated. The water pressure in my bathroom had been an issue since I’ve moved in. The maintenance guy did attempt to fix it, it just came up unsuccessful each time. A previous unit in assuming left a filter on the shower head,

Lovely apartment in Ironbound. Love the beautiful garden and patio. Gym is great too. Dog friendly

It's very beautiful and very up to date on a vintage factory turn into a Loft Complex and have a modern look. But the price is very Hefty.

In love with the amazing architecture! This is an amazing place to call home. You will fall in love.
