Muirwood Village Apartments

Overpriced apartments, poor quality for the price you pay. Never offered a walk through and office hours are impossible for someone who works full time. If you decided to move apartments within the complex for any reason, even once you current lease is over they will charge you a TRANSFER FEE of one month's rent for being loyal. Take your money and go somewhere else. Could be good for someone who never plans to leave once they move in and doesn't mind the poor quality for the price you pay.

Extremely overpriced, the rent prices have increased at least a hundred dollars every year. Upon moving out, they will overcharge you for normal wear and tear. They will exaggerate that things are damaged or dirty in order to get money from you. I would not recommend living here. The area is quiet and for the most part clean and reasonable. The money and being ripped off is not worth it.

Lived here for about 8 months. Staff is extremely nice and completely understanding. They are very helpful. The apartments themselves are in pretty good shape, I’ve been happy with them aside from not a ton of storage if you don’t get a garage. The maintenance staff are two really nice guys and have always responded to my calls within 15 minutes. Overall I’d say it’s a great place to live!

HAPPY NEW YEAR 2024 muirwood village Apartment. I am here since 2015 to now I like to stay more I love ❤️ this place. Management is very nice specially manager COURTNEY Awesome 10/10 👏. For any problems I text her she solved very quickly thanks again Courtney. I highly recommend my all friends anyone need to rent Apartment please come over talk Awesome manager COURTNEY.

These apartments are well maintained and in a good area. The property manager, Courtney is amazing. She answered every question I had and was extremely helpful and kind every step of the way. I would recommend these apartments.
