Mt. Vernon

got offered an apartment but the tenant that was staying in the apartment decided to pay their rent so i got put back on the waiting list. 4 months later & i still haven’t heard anything.

I had an appointment where Tammy told me everything I needed to bring, after printing out tons of paperwork, I arrived at my appointment for there to be a notice on the door,she was out sick,understandable, but after calling every other day to reschedule, leaving voice mails, I received no communication. Only to receive a denial letter weeks later, after no returned phone calls, I feel truly mislead and am hurt by how I was treated, I was even shown an apartment, that was soppose to be mine,and she instructed me everything to bring to be approved before completely avoiding all my calls,I have limited time to relocate and can't believe I was mislead and had so much of my time and energy wasted.

Been living here going on 4 years . Great property management .. Maintenance is great. Mount Vernon Staff is all ways professional and cares about there tenants .They make it safe and clean environment to live in. I would like to say thank you ..Keep on doing what you doing..Yall make it a great neighborhood..

The drug use is out of control in this complex! Not a good place to live. I do not recommend anyone moving or living here.

I live at the top of the hill older people live here. More younger people live a the bottom because there where the 3 bed room is
