My loan got transferred to this company and they did not mailed me my tax statement. Their website cannot find my loan and I was having a horrible experience to reach a representative. Their online chat always say high volume and ask me to check back. Phone line robot always giving me a run around. GOD.....WHY SUCH HORRIBLE COMPANY EVER EXIST....

Currently have a home loan with them, horrific experience. May be potential going through a scam with them. Sending emails and texts to their "research center". I just want to find out if that loan modification was legit or not. That would have relieved a lot of my worries. If it was a scam though highly pissed off. I hope I hear from their fraud department sooner than later.

I too wish I could give zero stars. This company is a nightmare. I sent proof of homeowners insurance. They sent a letter saying it was received no further action. Then sent six emails in a row, saying that they could not open the file and I did not have insurance. I’ve tried eight times to fax it to them. The phone is busy. I have tried two times to get a real person on the telephone. They say that they were having telephone problems. And go online. I’ve tried to go online and they tell me that, it needs to be sent in a way that I’m not able to do on my computer. So I’m now on my way to the post office to send my proof of insurance via, certified signature required mail. They’re threatening to stick me with an extremely expensive insurance policy from Lloyds of London. And there’s no way

No one answers my calls, my app is locked and I need help, and only the automated system answers. There's no way to talk to someone to unlock my account.

Thieves, liars, manipulators and con-artists! My loan was sold to these horrific criminals and when I paid over my minimum payment, they would shelf my money for the months to come. Therefore charging me more interest.My balance was nearly $2000 on my condo so they did everything they could to keep getting interest out of me. I called in 16 times during the year and more than once a month to ask them not to do that and they said, "sure no problem, I'm sorry sir." Then it happened again the next month for a whole year. Month after month I would call in and they acted like they didn't know what was going on. They are complete con-artists. They train their staff to do everything in their power to lie and cheat borrowers out of their money and try to hold on to the loans that are trying
