if I could give zero stars, I would give negative stars to be completely honest. Both the woman running the front desk and the woman managing the place are liars and we’re caught in their lies. The first lie was they lied about what units were available when there were three units available they told us there was only one. Then they asked me to provide W-2s dating back 3+ years. Nobody does that. Also, with the financial information I provided I beyond exceed the requirements to live here yet they still denied me. What’s also funny is they approved me at first and then asked me to give two months security and one month rent upfront when that wasn’t even written in the rental agreement. Looks like they’re just making up their own rules based on the appearance of the tenant attempting to app

That last review says it all…..i’ve heard of people trying to get in over here and the same thing happening to them. Seems trendy over at Mtn View Knolls. Friends of mine also tried getting in over here and the exact same thing happened to them. Apparently discrimination and judging someone based on their appearance is something they practice very heavily here at Mtn View Knolls. There’s plenty of nicer places out there as well as the place I found for my friends. Management Is Toxic!!!!

I lived in Mountain View Knolls for the last 2 years and I can safely say that it's a great place to live, safe, quiet, clean. Super friendly staff!! Any repairs, they solved it immediately. In winter, I never had a problem entering or leaving the complex because of the snow. Green areas, always well maintained and beautiful. Recommended 💯

The management here does not look at color. There are people living here from many different cultures and races. I've been here for eleven years and never felt the sting of racism that goes on in this world. I’m here again 4 years later and my story has changed a little. My husband passed away on January 14, 2024 and I cannot afford the rent alone. The beginning of this review still remains the same, if my husband was still here we would still be also. We were up for the next first floor available but my husband didn’t make it. They keep the grounds clean and nice looking and if you need something done in your apartment just keep asking and as long as they have the budget for it they will get it done. Ala in all it’s a beautiful and safe place to live in a beautiful area of Fishkill.

I enjoy living here! The owners and workers are all friendly and understanding. As far as racism I have not felt any of that! They love my husband and biracial kids even got us a gift for both of my kids after they were born! I think alot of people that are saying they are rude were probably rude themselves. You get what you give. Any repairs are done within that day! Snow removal is the best I have ever seen! No matter how bad the storm maybe. To each their own but the management has been a pleasure to deal with and I've lived here for four years now.
