Mountain Club Apartments

My husband and I have been living here for 3 years now. I do enjoy it being quiet and far enough from the highway noise. With that being said… across building 20, there has been construction going on literally everyday and early in the mornings (weekends too). They have been extremely disturbing as I have a newborn at home. There has been time where I have seen them just stand around doing absolutely nothing!!! There is a huge hole and I cant even imagine those affected with their parking space. This has been going on for over a month now! Hire some professionals and not people who sit around/smoking doing NOTHING! Update: The property manager reached out to me and provided an email with context of the ongoing project, which was very much appreciated. Her responsiveness was she responded

Absolute garbage management. Insufficient parking, inconsistent and illegal enforcement. Several of the basement stairwell retaining walls are on the verge of collapse. I was woken up this morning by a couple of clowns from the HOA just to tell us they were fining our entire building unit because one of the condos was violating the rules. This management company is exceedingly incompetent. Do not rent, and ESPECIALLY do not buy in this complex. It is a liability, not an investment. UPDATE 3/21/23: We have had no consistent hot water to our building in the past two and a half weeks. The HOA is offering a stipend for a hotel room so we can shower and do our laundry, but one of us works from home and has to commute to take care of his daily hygiene, and we cannot wash our dishes or cutlery

Believe the other reviewers. The best decision I made was moving out of this trash heap. The main office is completely unprofessional and rude. I lived here 3 years and was without heat for 2 1/2 of them. We had no hot water multiple times that lasted days. Do not rent or buy here unless you want a headache

No heat in the buildings, any and all repairs are slow. Water gets randomly shut off for hours or days at a time because things just keep breaking, and management barely has a pulse (they are only there very limited hours, which is when people tend to work). No water softener in the building so pipes break all the damn time and management couldn't care less (they don't live here, of course). Oh, and there are not enough parking spots for the 50 buildings in the complex, nevermind any visitor parking.

Not sure where all these bad reviews are coming from. I’ve only had to call for maintenance once in the year that I have lived and they responded and fixed the issue within an hour. Staff in the management office is always professional and is never rude. (As a human being please remember that respect goes both ways) I also noticed that someone mention that some of the tenants are trashy which is odd because I barely ever see anyone outside. It’s such a quiet community. And whenever I do see anyone outside they are taking a stroll or children playing. I have not seen a tow truck once. But the rule stands. Park in your designated spot or a visitor spot. Anything outside of that I guess you will have to suffer the consequences. (Please note. When I moved in over a year ago, there were a lot
