Signature Place Morris Plains

My wife and I moved from downtown Jersey City to Signature Place Morris Plains back in 2020 with our dog, and could not be happier! We absolutely love the property and community. Dog friendly, great facilities (gym, pool, golf simulator, dog park & grooming room). Green initiatives like the bee apiary and community garden are a major plus. Walking trails on property surrounding scenic pond. Claire and Shane from the leasing office are incredible, our pup likes to stop in at least once a day to say hi. Gilbert and Jose from the maintenance team are helpful, professional, and get things done quickly! Fantastic cleaning staff. Highly recommend if you're looking to get out of the city and still want to be close to everything (NYC, JC, Hoboken, North Jersey).

I’ve only lived at Signature place for 3 weeks but from the original tour to submitting the application to moving day and now officially living here, Leandro was and is one of the most helpful people I’ve ever encountered during a moving process. The property is beautiful and well-maintained, it feels like its own neighborhood and everything about this community warrants 5 stars.

Signature Place is a wonderful place to call home. The entire staff is wonderful, especially Claire and Liandro in leasing as well as Gil and Jose in maintenance, and those in housekeeping. Everyone is always pleasant and responsive. We appreciate all their efforts to make Signature Place an outstanding community.

We have been living at Signature Place for 3 months and our experience has been quite positive. The building is kept clean and safe for all the residents. The amenities are wonderful. Gilbert and his maintenance crew are always available and ready to attend to any maintenance issue we request. I can not say enough wonderful things about the office staff. Claire, Erika and Shane keep themselves accessible to the residents for any and all situations that may arise. They always have a willingness to help with a smile on their faces. They maintain a professional decorum while at the same time keeping a friendly and welcoming attitude. They have even taken time out of their day to help me with a massive load of groceries! I never imagined a rental apartment to feel like home, but Signature Place gave me that feeling from the minute I walked through the door. Claire and the leasing team have always gone above and beyond. It has been so comforting having such friendly and caring people in the office. This community is very personal - you’re not just a number, they know everyone by name and always shout hello when you pass by! The ease of requesting maintenance for the minimal issues I’ve had is a huge benefit and Gilbert or Jose is always on top of it. The grounds are well maintained and a huge asset for all of our fur babies! I’ve been here for almost two years and don’t plan to leave anytime soon!
