I had a last minute home inspection and Dave came through. He is easy to work with and very through with the inspection. I was able to get the report back within 24 hrs and Radon/Mold test within 3 days. I would recommend and use David Polo again for a home inspection.

We used Dave for our Home, Pool, Septic, & oil tank inspections. He was quick with his responses and very informative prior to scheduling the inspections.
