Powder Mill Heights

I recently moved into Powder Mill Heights, and the experience has been nothing but positive from start to finish. The leasing process was smooth, the staff was caring, professional and patient, and every question I had they helped me. The building is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The views are beautiful, the amenities are a great bonus! and the apartments themselves are spacious and thoughtfully designed. We looked at many places and to me here is the best! I love my home ❤️

A feeling of being home the moment you enter your building and apartment. The staff, including maintenance, are friendly and have been attending to the needs of the residents for many years! Apartments are oversized and hallways were just redecorated creating a peaceful atmosphere. Check out the scenic view-can’t be topped!

The sunrises and sunsets are amazing. The outside of the building and garage area could use a bit freshening up and cleanliness patrol, respectively.

A great place to live! It has a beautiful observation deck overlooking New York City! An incredible party room!

I find the people working here go above and beyond to be helpful. I feel very safe and comfortable living here,
