My parents and myself had such a wonderful experience working with the people at Mountain Brook Home Center. They are warm, friendly and so helpful. We bought a home from them and Rodger and his Team went above and beyond in helping us with destroying our old home and setting up our new home. I will forever be grateful for their kindness. I will only buy homes from them.

We purchased the home for this amazing family. They went above and beyond to help us. We call them friends not just business constituents. I would highly recommend if you're looking for a new home to come visit them!

Poor workmanship on trim out of house Eddie or Eddy whatever his name is!!!! vinal siding looks like cut with a hatchet!!!!! popcorn ceiling texture on a orange peel wall trim around doors looks awful !!!!!! Was supposed to fix vinal on front of house not done !!! Was told the pad would be in cost of house because Rodger had dump trucks and equipment told me check price on gravel so he didn't have too haul from Hamilton which I did 80 dollars a load told me have man to bring 8 loads little did I know he wasn't going to pay for it but it was included in the price of house told him come look before we bought house my dad had one here and u could walk under one end told him up front but got stuck paying for the dirt myself if I would have known I would never have had it brought out but I coul

If you’re looking for a mobile home, Mountain Brooke Home Center needs to be the first place you go! They will make it happen! Roger and his family really went further than the extra mile for our family! We had already been turned away at other dealerships, but we decided to try one last time. So we called Mountain Brooke homes and spoke to Tiffany, and she invited us to the lot. The lot was full of beautiful homes and they were extremely friendly and most importantly helpful! They went above and beyond! We went in expecting to be turned away again, but instead they put us in a beautiful double wide that exceeded our expectations! Great people and willing to go the extra mile! We bought land and the team at Mt Brook Homes was out that day to look at the land to see what needed to be done. The very next day they had their equipment out! We needed a driveway, a pad, a house and everything in between! They got to work, we picked out a great home and we are so so thankful to the other home dealer for pointing us to Rodger and his team/family there at Mt Brook Homes!
