Just don't buy it, you will regret it. Customer service is terrible and construction quality is even worse. They put bandaid on major constructions problems and never fix the main issue. Then won't honor their "repairs" that fall apart. They put holes under my liner and flooring during install and all they did to fix the underlying issue was to put tape under the house, leading to constant issues with the subflooring bubbling up and molding. They leave you to foot the bill and stuck with a home that has major issues. Photos attached are the 'floor repairs' after a year. They refuse to fix it or honor the warranty on the subflooring. Too many issues to list. Biggest issue is screws coming through vinyl flooring all over the house. Repair guys came out and cut vinyl. They do a patch job and call it good. Also said we should pay to put thicker flooring on top of entire house flooring.

They rushed and build my manufactured home, the floors are terrible with staples poking through the thin flooring. They are dishonest people whom will come out and lie about the things that they have fixed! Heather Lindsey was very rude talking about that’s all apart of being a home owner. The money you are spending I want quality not cheap and put together things!!! I thought she was very unprofessional of making a statement in that manner when they didn’t sand the plywood and making sure the staples were stapled down properly. Some parts of the ceiling were messed up it’s just a hot mess!!! Unsatisfied!!!!!

Love my home but am very disappointed with how buccaneer has handled my warranty on my appliances. My refrigerator hasn’t worked right since moving in. I have taken off work 15 times to meet appliance repair technician from 3 different companies and still doesn’t work and they say too bad now it’s out of warranty. $200,000 home and you can’t stand by the appliances. I am currently seeking counsel to sue for not only the appliance but for the loss of wages and anything else I can possibly think of. Warranty department for Frigidaire is a total joke and Clayton is getting a bad name because of it.

I would give them a zero star but they don't have an option. This is the worst place you could ever buy a home from. If you're Reading this run as fast as you can. Don't walk, run this place is a joke. You can never get no one on the phone. They'll wait till the year is up. I've been waiting on one piece of trim for 6 months. They waited till the warranty ran out. Now they will not answer the phone at all. The ladies in the office are rude. Even though I have reported it, I still cannot get my piece of trim. And yes we called and reported our problems 4 months before our warranty was up and they just ignored us the whole time .we thought we were getting a decent built double wide and just got a turd that we are continuing to have to fix ourselves there are better homes out there don't go w
