Mount Laurel Manor Apartments

A year ago, I would’ve rated this place a solid 4 stars. Unfortunately, things changed dramatically after the new landlord purchased the property. As soon as ownership switched, rents went up sharply while the overall maintenance and care noticeably declined. I live on the ground‑floor/basement side of one of the buildings, and the difference in landscaping and leaf removal is especially obvious here. The previous landlord did a much better job keeping the grounds clean and safe. Leaf removal isn’t just cosmetic on the lower levels — it’s a real safety issue. Wet leaves increase the risk of slips and falls, and they also attract bugs and crickets that end up right at our doors and windows. Being on the ground floor, this affects us directly. 5 stars for the INSIDE of the apartments. When you first step into your apartment, it is absolutely beautiful 🥰😍 the lighting, the kitchen island, all hardwood floors, washer and dryer etc and everything is all very new. However, and this is a HUGE however, the noise level once you are inside is absolutely ridiculous. It no longer feels like luxury and is an absolute headache. It is almost like you don't even have windows or walls whether it may be people outside talking or indoors. You can hear absolutely everything as if they are in your home. My other thing is, I don't like how management is not on site and in PA from what I believe is about an hour away. It helps a lot when management is on site and also feels a lot more safe if you run into any issues as well as is super important to

I really want to like this community but there are a few things you should consider before choosing to live here. The short of it: it looks luxurious but I wouldn't describe these apartments as such. Good: *Yasemin has excellent customer service and truly cares about the tenant experience. *Quiet and clean area *Easy access to 295 Opportunity for improvement: *Maintenance isn't very good at fixing things and they show up without notice. They presume you're not home if you don't answer. The chance you're sleeping isn't considered. Not so good: *Cheap build: -The walls are paper thin. I can hear my neighbors living room conversation throughout my apartment. -The baseboards are not flush to the floor in several places in my apartment -The walls are painted white. I've been living in this new apartment complex for quite some time now and I have to say, I'm pretty happy with my decision to move in. The complex is new and well-maintained. One thing I really appreciate about this complex is by the presence of multiple shops and other amenities. It makes the complex lively and it's always convenient to run errands or grab a quick bite without having to travel far. The location of the complex is also great. It's in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The complex management is also excellent, any requests or concerns were handled promptly and efficiently. All in all, I'm very satisfied with my experience living here and I would definitely recommend this new apartment complex to anyone looking for a new place to call home.

Lovely area but noise is TOO LOUD. we hear non stop neighbors upstairs next door all conversations and footsteps at all hours.Very frustrating and cheaply made building have never had units this frustrating. We have glue coming up from. Our floors it's disgusting there is a problem with how the floors were installed and we continuously clean it and white glue keeps coming up between the baseboards. Very bad moisture problem. Overall apartments are a NO for me .
