unresolved maintenance issue that has been ongoing for nine months. I have submitted multiple work orders since 2025 regarding the DRYER in my unit, and despite these repeated requests, the issue has not been repaired or resolved. During this time, I have observed maintenance staff addressing other service requests within the property, yet my dryer remains unrepaired. This prolonged delay is unacceptable, especially given that the appliance is part of my lease agreement and essential for daily living. Nine months without resolution demonstrates a serious lack of response to a legitimate maintenance concern.

This Is THE worst apartment Complex To ever Live In. The Office is Never Open , Staff Only Get Back To You When They Feel Like It and When It's Only To Let it Be Known When Rent is Raising. The maintenance team is always understaffed as is the office that is never open. They do not properly repair things. They "repaired" a soap holder that fell off in two days, "fixed" the lining in my freezer with my own duct tape. They charged me $300 in water and did not provide any kind of proof and this was 3x my normal bill. There was no leak in the unit at all and the next month the bill magically went down to normal. The buildings are not sealed on the outside so you will have roaches that you will never be able to get rid of. They never give you a waiver to get the carpets cleaned which is supposed to be done annually and the carpets will rip up when you vacuum because the carpet is not as advertised.
