Morgan Parc

I have lived in Morgan Parc for the better part of 5 years. Their onsite staff, from concierge to maintenance personnel, were always friendly, accommodating and competent. Their management office was equally professional and accommodating. I very much enjoyed my time living there.

I’m beyond happy here! Besides the beautiful building placed in a great town, the staff is wonderful- especially the leasing consultant, Michelle, who was the first person I met. Everyone is so helpful and go above and beyond and some of my neighbors have even turned into great friends! The amenities are a huge bonus! My kids birthday party took place in the lounge and it was a success! I can’t wait for summer! The rooftop pool is top notch! 😊

Beautiful contemporary building right across from NYU Grossman Medical School. Very conveniently located near the LIRR train station. Many amenities like coffee in the lobby, beautifully designed game or relaxation roof deck, pool in the summer time, great gym and much more. We wish the developer built more of the similar top notch complexes on Long Island. My brother-in-law is a doctor at NYU Langone and he loves living here. It takes him 3 min to get to the hospital by walking. Also, this place is pet friendly and they have a garage for all residents. Excellent choice!

This is a gorgeous building and so close to the train! But the rent has been surging and the smell of cheese from the restaurant downstairs gets in all your clothes and hair.

We recently moved out to relocate to another state after 3 years of renting at Morgan Parc. We enjoyed living here as a family. The amenities are nice. The building is beautiful. I love that there was a doorman. The garage parking spots were not as expensive as it would have cost living near or in the city. Not being stuck in the rain —finding parking with kids and groceries is what you’re paying for. The lounge is beautiful.The outdoor roof deck is so convenient and a great place to reserve to host guests! Loved the pool and gym—still wish the sauna was open year round. Our experience with Management was great. I think if you’re not rude— you get along well. They were always accommodating and did what they could to make things right.
