My Experience – Buyer Beware If you’re buying a home and Frances is the seller, in my opinion, you should proceed with extreme caution. From my experience, it felt like there may have been another accepted offer the entire time, and I personally felt used as leverage. Communication was inconsistent—updates we were told to expect never came on time. When my offer was “accepted,” I was told they would keep showing the house until we went into contract. The listing advertised an apartment in ALL CAPS as “LEGAL.” During the inspection, my lawyer informed me it was not legal. When this was raised, Frances reportedly responded aggressively, saying something like, “There are 20 other offers; we’ll just go with them.” Shortly after, the listing was changed, which to me suggested the original wo

We used Fran as the listing agent for selling our home. She was great! In my humble opinion, the most important traits of someone in this business is that they are communicative, responsive, and will do what they say they will do when they say they will do it. Fran is all of these; she gets stuff done. When we signed on with her she set out a marketing plan and schedule and stuck to it. She got our house sold, and on an aggressive schedule. We never felt like any other clients were more important than us. Fran is a shining star in the RE business.
