Awful is an understatement. They don’t reply to emails, they don’t answer phone calls. They don’t do anything until you drag their name through the dirt and say something rude - then Mark Levine steps in, gives his two cents(to show that he’s the boss lol) and then it’s radio silent again. He stated in his email that his company is doing terrific etc but if it’s doing so great then why don’t you hire more staff so they can answer emails/phone calls? OR why doesn’t your current staff assist in answering shareholder questions? You have to wait forever to get a response from anyone. I have a property manager and two assistant property managers all more clueless than the other. After an extensive search of property management companies, our 87-unit condo building elected to switch from our old management to EBMG. We are so glad that we did. With Janice as our experienced building manager, she has been responsive to building issues, key in turning around our building and getting stalled projects underway. I have lived in my building for over 30 years and have even sat in the board and we have never been satisfied with the service we received from our property managers. We were just assigned a new property manager because the previous one got promoted and we couldn’t be happier. In the short time she has been managing us, she has resolved many outstanding issues and even saved the building over $30k in negotiations. I would highly recommend EBMG and especially our new Property Manager, Hope Nele.

It took years to have outside brick work repaired so water would stop leaking into the bedroom of our apartment. I think 3-4 years to be exact. We did agree with our board to let them slightly delay work but our building manager would give me an attitude anytime I was frustrated with another delay (which was constant). Of course I am upset when you email me not knowing if the job is done or how long it will take to finish….isn't that your job??? She would never take any responsibility for delays or know what was going on. Isn’t that her job???
