When I was in college I rented a home from Morgan and Trust and it was a great experience. Rent was reasonable and anytime there were any issues they were addressed within 24 hours. Most times it was a same day response. We had such a great experience that we purchased and sold two houses with Marty as well! He was thorough, efficient, had great communication, and was able to get us amazing offers on our sale and a great price on our purchase. Would recommend Morgan and Trust Realty to everyone!

We rented a home managed by Citywide Property Management, and our experience was extremely difficult from the beginning to the end of our tenancy. Throughout our time in the home, communication from management was inconsistent and often delayed. When issues came up, including a persistent pest problem and other maintenance concerns, it was difficult to get timely responses or resolutions. We kept records of multiple requests that took far longer than expected, or were not addressed in a way that actually fixed the underlying issues. The real trouble began when we moved out. We provided written notice at the start of a rental period, vacated on the date we stated, completed a walkthrough with the leasing manager (who confirmed the home was clean and in good shape), and returned the keys.

Marty was incredible to work with. His experience and insight made the entire process smooth, and he was always available when I needed him. He offered great guidance at every step and made sure everything stayed on track. I had a great experience and highly recommend him!

Save yourself the headache, DO NOT RENT FROM ANY OF THEIR PROPERTIES!! My sister and I rented a lower level duplex in Saint Paul and I have never in my rental history ever dealt with incompetence! The first month moving in our XCEL bill was through the roof and as winter came, we continued to pay over $300/month! Constantly we had to refer to our leasing agreement on issues that came up during the 11 months we lived there. Then upon moving out, they charged us a “cleaning company” fee which was not included in the rental agreement. I cleaned the home to cleaning company standards and they charged us over $400 for cleaning. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!
