Beautiful place to live. Historic buildings with a lot of character. Well maintained. Many amenities. Attentive staff. in very good financial shape.

If I was you I'd pass this place up. Moreland courts over charge you with maintenance fees and I hope you don't wanna be safe cuz there security officers don't do there jobs. Their unprofessional their chief of security let them get away with anything. The property manager let them get away with harrasment claims. If you're looking to stay here this shouldn't be the place for you. The elevators don't work, security is incompetent, management let maintenance and security get away with murder, I'd say choose a new place to live. Plus the projects and the ghetto is literally two blocks away from there

Great staff. Superb architecture. The only challenge is trying to find a unit available!

Everything thing was nice and clean the manager was professional and able to answer all my questions
