Monteleon Apartments

I lived there for a year but broke my lease because maintenance wouldn't fix anything. We had to live without using any of the water due to broken pipes and tons of mold. (Maintenace and manager claim its not mold). NO AC or HEAT! After living there for 6 months, cockroaches magically appeared. Maintenance would still not do anything. Our downstairs neighbor would call the police on us for a noise disturbance but we would be sleeping or not even home. Ohhh and to top it off the manager smokes meth. Would not recommend ever living here.

So this place seems a little slimy to me. First off, there was mold in the stairwell that a resident told me she cleaned. I was looking for something affordable on a college student income. I happened on this. I applied, as it appears a small quiet complex with a cheap 1 bedroom. I got denied over something i didn't even know was a problem, due to never recieving a bill. So I quickly got this cleared up, and was told there shouldn't be a problem. This place no longer had my ap after TEN DAYS!! Who doesn't hold an application for ten days?!?! So I am told to reapply with proof of payment, which I did. Another $40 out of a collgege student's pocket is a lot of money to us. Tow company likes to tow your vehicles that you just purchased and doesn't have a parking sticker yet crackheads from the motel break into the laundry mat at night to smoke crack but the management isn't bad they are fairly nice the previous owner used to have monthly pest control come and spray I wish the new owners would do that I've started seeing some little ones lately and the spiders are bad but i guess they're my new pest control for the time being

Roaches, mice and limited parking not to mention poor management (Cindy) 👎not professional at all.

Does anyone know the number to the new manager.?
