You will not regret it. The list of issues here is endless. There's a persistent ant and flea infestation that management has done nothing to address. Speaking of management, it’s appalling. This place feels like a low-end trailer park, not an upscale community. The neighbors are inconsiderate and disrespectful. Trash is left everywhere, and the common areas are a disgrace, overflowing with litter and dirty laundry. There are stray cats all over the place because tenants are feeding them, yet the property refuses to take any action. My apartment was handed over in immaculate condition, with every appliance and fixture in brand-new working order. Current resident and I Hate it! Trashy. Rude staff. Parking is horrible. Not worth the money.

Wouldn’t recommend renting here. That’s if you want to live in infested on termites and people smoking when there’s a no smoking policy. Numerous times requested a no action was ever taken.
