Do not rent here unless you are desperate and have literally zero other options. I rented here and after 7 months after lease has ended I get an email saying I owe collections from this apartment. When I called about it I was told I owe $13 from electric and gas charges plus new collections fees, which makes no sense because you have to have your own BGE to rent completely separate from the apartment. The management is 1000% incompetent. They have your phone number and email but won’t ever reach out to you. They’ll give your information over to a fraudulent collections company. Avoid this place at all costs.
