I’m changing my previous 4 star review after being here a year and a half. Management needs better training. My ceiling is still leaking after months of complaints from the upstairs plumbing. HVAC needs updating as the upstairs never gets heat or ac so it’s either freezing all winter or on fire all summer. Don’t bother using visitor spots for your personally owned and insured vehicles because they’ll claim their “commercial” while actual commercial vehicles park whenever blocking sidewalks or the grass. We’ve been getting charged for months for a washer and dryer we still have yet to receive. We get one spot while the neighbors get multiple in front of their doors and we’ve tried our hardest to respect that. The app needs updating for sure but that’s a tech issue.
