Ashland Crossing

Newly renovated, spacious units in a very walkable part of town. Property management has been very responsive to any requests and love the outdoor space for me and my pup.

I have absolutely loved living at Ashland Crossing. My apartmen was completely remodeled as are all of the other apartments…currently being remodeled as well. The staff is very responsive to requests I’ve made and the few small maintenance issues, etc. have been quickly handled. I highly recommend Ashland Crossing as a place to live. It’s also very convenient, you can walk to town!

Management is literally the worst I have ever encountered. They threw all of our belongings away that was on OUR BACK PATIO !! Kiana is especially awful. Do not rent here! The townhouses are overpriced & poorly renovated. Your electric bill will be several hundred dollars considering how poorly insulated the units are. We have 2 space heaters downstairs & it literally does nothing to maintain a liveable temp. The paint is chipping in the shower, & on every wall. The doors are literally too large to close so you'll be fighting to shut your door everyday. The walls are paper thin, so god forbid your neighbors have a barking dog, our neighbors have two!! Parking is a nightmare considering the townhouses are located downtown & people love visiting downtown ashland on the weekends. Who would ha

We have lived at Ashland Crossing for a little over a month and the apartments are great! Great neighbors, beautiful location, and would highly recommend living here!
