Ashland Towne Square Apartments

I would give honestly 0 stars , I let them know A head of time I had 590 credit, Apparently I had a INSF at another place for $140 so I went there in hopes and a false promise I was getting the town house , Weeks went by I get a text are you and your boyfriend still interested well yes , I’m sorry I lost all your information the applications , so she re did them I paid the application fee over a month ago, for a March move in then was told if you get approved there doing first Month free sounds good right ? No it’s for the next month, Then me and my boyfriend had to do a Guantors application and well we were denied do to credit also Apparently I had a felony no it was a misdemeanor and it took days for me to get that straight. Very hot mess express

Moved in about the property about six months and absolutely love the environment very friendly staff Teresa and Brian are top-notch They are very detailed and are truly concerned about their tenants. Maintenance is also on a whole Nother level. They are professional kind and always take into consideration Our concerns if you’re looking for a place to move I will definitely recommend Ashland Towne Sq apartments you will not regret because living in an environment that is not only safe, but also around people who actually care about your safety and all of your living needs is such a blessing.

I have lived here since 2018. The office staff has been great and are always helpful and efficient. Ray and Jacob, the maintenance guys are awesome!! If I have an issue they get to me pretty fast! Everyone is so nice to me. I have enjoyed living here. It’s very quiet considering how busy Washington Highway can be. I would recommend anyone looking for an apartment to check out here.

Recently Toured with Teresa! As an assistant property manager myself, I must say I Enjoyed touring with her and visiting the property and getting to know more about the community within a peaceful neighborhood ! She was super Thorough and did a great job naturally! Keep up the great work Teresa!

I love it , when I went in Theresa and Brian both welcome me they got the job done of moving into my new home, very respectful and showed pride in what they do for residents. They made it feel like home right away I would recommend the five star all around.
