Lakeridge Square Apartments

I've been living here for two years so far and have enjoyed it. I'm able to have my big pit bull with me which is a major plus for this place. Most apartment complexes have breed and weight restrictions. They also have walking trails so you can enjoy nature with your furry friends. They do a great job of maintaining the property & the maintenance guys are always on point. Office management is always friendly and willing to work with leasing options. A great apartment living experience with a reasonable price.

Lakeridge Square Apartments strive to meet the needs of every member of their community! They are prompt in responding to residents needs, they follow up to ensure the resident is satisfied and are extremely professional in the process. Don’t recommend at the moment have the sign up again because cars are being broken into. Sign had been up like 6 times over last 2 months. My experiences had a water leak flooded master bath laundry room and onto the carpet in bedroom. This was Saturday night people above us denied them entry and management didn’t push it even though it was clearly an emergency. Found out Monday people above us overflowed their washer had wet clothes all over the apartment. Had an apartment fire made building uninhabitable. Most tenants were told they had 1 day to get their belongings. Had to threaten with a lawyer to get them to be here on Saturday so those of us that worked could get our stuff. Had 2 emails from office no real communication had to keep calling to get information. And finally husband car

Haley was amazing in helping us with the leasing process!! She was kind and professional! She made us feel comfortable and gave us time to look through the apartment. She was very helpful and open during the contract signing! We are so excited to live here in such a loved and cared for community!

I absolutely love it here!! It’s quiet, peaceful and very well maintained. I am so impressed every time I receive a community email, or friendly note on my door about an upcoming grounds cleaning. The best part is Olivia! My husband and I had been so stressed out searching for a new community to live due to the pandemic and numerous waiting list. We found this place and just by the first conversation with her we knew it was the right place. She is a beacon of light and peace and has the best personality and that same light and peace permeates through the neighborhood.
