Mission Rockwall

Do I live here? Not yet. Did I come in on a Saturday without an appointment and get treated 100x better then the place I just left from that I had an appointment at? Yes. Barbara was WONDERFUL to my husband and I. No pressures, just kindness. I came in in a bad mood because of the previous apartments I had visited (Rockwall Commons), and I left this apartment laughing all the way to the bank, as it was $400 cheaper and the leasing agent was the best. These are nice apartments with lots of greenery and trees; they seemed quiet. This is going to by my temporary home for 6 months while my house loan goes through, and I couldn’t be happier! Thank you Barbara for making my day!

I am a resident of Mission Rockwall. On Friday night, of course, my heater stopped working. I put in a high priority/emergency request as the temperatures for the next several days were forecast to be in the mid 30 degree range in the night. On the next day, Saturday, I got a knock on my door around 6:30pm. It was maintenance who had come to look at the heater issue. His name is Omar Gomez (I hope I spelled his name correctly). He was very polite and courteous. He went right to work, isolated and fixed the issue very quickly. I must say I was not expecting the issue to be resolved until least the following Monday. Kudos to Omar and Mission Rockwall for addressing this issue quickly. I am very pleased on how they handled this issue.

I have been living here going on 5 years.. I truly love the quiet community. The office personal Vincent and Barbara are always so helpful and friendly. They make you feel like you are part of their family. And to add the two maintenance guys we have here are so very helpful to make sure all your maintenance needs are taken care of and are done properly.

We moved in about two weeks ago and have had a few maintenance issues we needed fixed. The staff here has been nothing but helpful and will get to your problems so quickly. They are so helpful and we are so grateful.

I recently had a problem with my stove. Barbara and Vincent took care of it right away. Margarito with maintenance replaced my stove. He is always very nice,polite and and always does a very good job. Thank you all for always solving the problem! Patricia Wilson
