Nasty and infested with mold and critters! Not just bugs, but we also saw a mouse! Me and my daughter removed from out of town and we’re urgently looking for a nice place to stay and La Shea worked hard to get us into the apartment but when I finally saw it, it was absolutely disgusting and I never lived there. I ended up having to stay in a hotel for several days before we decided to not take the apartment because every time we went back to it there were more bugs after they said they cleaned. I was then told I would be refunded my entire amount, but she did not refund it to me and charge me for the four days that we could not stay there and it was infested with bugs. So now I’ve paid for a hotel for several days as well as rent so they are absolutely scamming and disgusting I’m still f

Lived there for 5 years and come my renewal they wanted me to pay $150 more than the current market rate. My apartment wasn’t even upgraded yet they wanted me to pay over current rates for a 1 bedroom. Place is quiet and no bugs but they obviously don’t value a resident that lived there since before covid. $150 for a garage is pretty crazy too.

I lived here almost a year ago and honestly it was amazing. The staff was always extremely helpful and quick to address any problems that I had. Maintenance was quick and they were always super friendly too. I would recommend this to anyone.

I’ve really enjoyed living at this community! The apartments are well-kept and very welcoming. What really sets this place apart is the manager LaShaye and maintenance team! They’re approachable, professional, and genuinely care about the community. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed something, they’ve been quick to respond and super helpful. It makes such a difference knowing that the people running the community truly care. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a home with not just great apartments, but great management too!

Lived here for about 3 months and it has gotten worse every single month. There is severe mold growing around the windows due to poor insulation and sealing. Management refused to take responsibility and instead blamed me for something completely out of my control. The mold has caused serious health issues, and all they did was spray paint over it without cleaning or fixing the problem. No professional inspection, no real remediation, just covered it up. On top of that, AT&T is the only internet provider available, and what they don’t tell you is that each building has a maximum number of units that can have service. After moving in, I found out it was literally impossible for me to get WiFi at all. As someone who needs internet to work, this made the apartment unlivable. Extremely disap
