I highly suggest you know your rights as a tenant before moving into this place, lots of illegal activity done by management especially Savanah , casi and anybody with the last name wohali, they have been sued multiple times for their unlawful activities, never sign any upcharge aggrements, they will say they will kick you out if you don’t but that is illegal, they can not up the rent without a mutual agreement and a 90 day notice, they can not kick you out if your experiencing DV, they can not start retaliating against you if you make complaints. Please reach out to sgb lawyers if anything occurs; they have already sued this place for mishandling DV case, they swore to retrain but never did!! They also got sued for trying to evict Covid tenants during COVID/

I have had nothing but good results every time I have dealt with these apartments. Savannah, the property manager is very helpful and can get applications taken care of quickly. The maintenance is very nice on all the lawns and when there is snow the sidewalks are cleared right away. Any maintenance issues in the apartments are fixed fast. On a bus line and pet friendly. Nice area, close but not in town

Apartments are spacious inside and a nice floor plan. Starting to realize I would prefer a smaller Place in a nicer complex. Dog poop everywhere. Maintenance just recently cut my lock off my storage and disposed of all my property without any notification to me or the previous tenant if they thought it was left behind. Didn’t give me the chance to tell them it was my stuff because I was moving into the unit. They said they threw my stuff away because a new tenant was moving in and I was that new tenant . Went down to grab my Christmas tree and decorations to setup with my kids to find my lock cut and my stuff gone!! This apartment building does what they want when they want! I’ve had family live here and her neighbor moved and they stuff was left in the storage cage for over a year. I feel

Good place to live if you have lower or fixed income. The rent is very reasonable for the amount of space you get. These are apartments at the end of the day and as with any apartments, you’re close to your neighbors. You won’t find a better deal for the rent to living space ratio.

The office girl here is super nice and really helpful. I had an issue with my neighbor, and she handled it right away as soon as I came in. The apartments are really nice too, clean and comfortable. Definitely a great place to live!
