I want to give a shout out to Beata one of the leasing agents. I originally planned to move quickly for job I had just landed and she was very responsive. But then I was laid off from the job the day before the move and she was great about breaking the lease on such short notice and getting most of my money back.

I been here 3 years now. It's a nice place to live very quiet, everyones friendly so far. I just wish they would keep up with maintenance on the property more. When I first moved here I always saw someone outside picking up trash if there was any on the grass area not anymore. they have carpet on the outside that gets wet obviously because of rain, looks dirty at times. They should re-paint even if it's the doors so the area looks nice and clean well kept. I just think more maintenance should be kept up on the outside to look nicer in my opinion. But it's a good area.. it's a good place to live

Millbrook completely changed over the past couple of years. Garbage everywhere, cleaning people never clean hallways upstairs and downstairs, litter all over the ground. The only section that looks amazing is the rental office. they have a nice sign saying "keep off grass" with tailored landscaping and everywhere else has garbage, cigarette buds, empty bottles thrown everywhere. Previously you couldn't have anything on your balcony and now people have their dirty clothes, anything you name it it's on there. Maintenance barely fix things and catch attitudes when they have to come back. The receptionist at the maintenance office is horrible. A lot of neighbors that live in my section in Horizon Drive have issues with her. She forgets what you called for , gets days and issues all incorre

Disabled Iraq War veteran Usmc 2000-2011, ‘03,04,06,08. Without warning i get cease and desist without knowing who is complaing to resolve anything and now im homeless so either they arr anti veteran or they wanted my space. Either way the place was good maintenance has no respect for certain people and you will know. Walls are not insulated so prepare for a high gas bill winter and summer as well as lightening is dim bedroom is spacious but freazing becaise of the attic is also not properly insulated so if you have like 6 kids and desperate its a win for sure. In regards to the problem being resolved immediately, 5 stars. For communication, 1 star. For involving the tenant through the process, 1 star, For the finished product, you get 2 stars. The leak was found and repaired but the job was done in 2 days. No one communicated to me that it was going to carry over and what was going to happen. I understand I don't own the apartment but it is a courtesy to involve the tenant in the process. I was called that evening only to be asked permission to enter my home the next day. The person who called knew nothing of what was happening and could not answer my questions. On the second day, the carpet was reinstalled and the wall that was repaired from trying to find the leak was painted a different color that is noticeable. The bathroom does not look as
