Millbrook Village

I recently moved out of Millbrook Village after staying there for a little over two years, and I honestly had a wonderful experience. I lived in a renovated one-bedroom apartment, which was very spacious, clean, and well maintained. The overall apartment layout and quality were excellent. The leasing and rental staff are extremely helpful and professional. I would especially like to thank Beata — she is very kind-hearted and always ready to help. Whenever I visited the office with any question or concern, she assisted me patiently and made the process very smooth. The maintenance team is also outstanding. I hardly had any issues during my stay, but whenever I submitted a request through the app, someone would usually arrive within an hour or two. The maintenance staff were friendly, pro

Stay away from here. For the rent you would pay you can rent an apartment in development that provides more amenities. They only have a pool and dog park and a park made for toddlers that has one Slide a swing and that’s it. They have nothing for older children to do not even an area they can play with without you getting a call from management saying they can’t play. Laundry rooms are terrible and to think some apartments pay watt and can’t have the luxury of doing laundry because machines are constantly broke. And they don’t even fix and if not them then provide updated ones or provide ones in the apartments for tenants that pay water! If you have kids this isn’t a place to bring them. Because there is nothing for them to do and they can’t play outside and no parks in walking distance. Y

So far so good. we moved in two weeks ago and everything seems fine. Kelly is very kind and friendly. The only thing I would say is that you can hear almost everything your neighbors do because the walls are thin.

Well, I have to say I gave a five star to Millbrook Village in Edison New Jersey. I've been here 11 years and I never had a problem everybody in the community very nice Maintenance the office wonderful very respectable never had a problem always put in a work order it's done and I never complained not once here. I listened to all these reviews that people have been living here a year and I can't believe what they are writing and it's not true in my book. They clean the hallways once a month and our unit we all work together in our building. It's like one big happy family so yes, I give them a five and if I wanna give them a 10 I will give all the staff in Middlebrook Village a 10 across the board

I’ve been hearing great things about this complex for a while, so I stopped by during their open house and I’m glad I did. The rental agents (Beata, Maria, and Kelly) were kind and helpful. They showed me several units that were all modern, nicely renovated, and really clean. Overall, I was impressed. Definitely a place I’d recommend checking out!
