I've rented from them for almost 5 years now. Always paid on time, till we had some financial difficulties tail-end last year, the office personnel were WONDERFUL. Reassured me that they wouldn't consider evicting, have worked with us until we could get current. Any repairs needed they have always been quick and efficient. The one time the repair had been done and was not up to standard, the next repair guy came in with a new stove and let me know that the previous guy had been diciplined for not doing it right the first time. The rental office hours are always posted especially holiday hours, atleast a week beforehand, and they are always nice, professional, and have never been less than courteous to me or my husband. If I could give 10 stars, I totally would!!!!!

This rental management company is AWESOME!! The office ladies are super friendly and VERY understanding. Any issues that need to be repaired are done asap, and if they can't do it right away, they let you know why, explain the reason for the wait. We went to visit family last year for Thanksgiving, for a week. We got home and, to our consternation and shock, found our patio glass sliding doors shattered. We called right away, and the guys were there not even an hour later. When they had to leave and get new ones, they very politely let us know when they would be back, and were back BEFORE the time they said they would be. If I could put 0 stars I would! I lived here from may to October 2022 I left the apartment better than they gave it to me and I still haven’t gotten my deposit back. I tried calling several times and nobody answers I tried going in to see if they could help me in person and it was closed at 4:00pm even though their hours are till 5:00pm. I got pictures to prove I left the apartment better than it was. I am ready to hire a lawyer because this is unacceptable these people are robbing blind.

Maria is rude, unprofessional and even further she is a thief. She was a realtor who brought me renter based on 50% of first month commission, she held deposit of $1000 and after the deal went through she refused to send me my portion of deposit which is $500. It has been 4 months. She doesn't answer email, phone calls, texts. In my understanding this is scum bag behavior, and all people dealing with this lady and her Millard realty group should be warned. Stay away, chose realtor with integrity and dignity.

Been on a so called wait-list for 3 years now. I don't think I was even put on a wait list to tell you the truth. The 2 times I turned in an application I was totally dismissed, my application may have well been put in the trash. I went to this place because I can afford it. I really felt like I wasn't the right color. Red not brown.
