Mill Run Apartments at Parsippany

Do not move here!! They have a serious insect infestation and will not call an exterminator for the building or tenants apartments. Other tenants are having the same issues. There is a huge silverfish problem. The sliver fish started off in the hallways and are now reaching into peoples apartments. Due to neglecting to having extermination’s in individual apartments, resulted in the sliver fish coming in the apartments, producing babies. I have been talking to other tenants, they have been making this same complaint and the landlord is ignoring this issue. I wish someone will immediately fix this problem. This is unsanitary and unsafe. I only pay my rent every month. I would like to have a clean place. The bugs are only bigger day by day. The pictures attached are from the bugs in the hall

This is by far the worst apartment I have ever lived at. The maintenance guy never does anything at all. We had a slight crack in our sink when we moved in and we told the maintenance guy. He came looked at the sink and said he would be back. That was over a year ago. Of course since then the crack expanded and now we have a gaping hole in our sink. Then he comes back and says we are not fixing it that we have to buy a new one and put it in ourselves!! On top of that they have three rinky dink washers and dryers that always are breaking. Then they have the nerve to put up laundry hours for 3 washers that are supposed to serve the whole building!! And to put the icing on the cake you would think they would stop being so cheap and replace them with better machines after someone's clothes cau

I’ve been living at this property for about 2 years and a few months. When I first moved into the place it was great they kept the property clean, they fixed working orders per my request. However, as time seems to go along the super rarely fixes anything and when he does decide to enter your apartment he does live any notification that he was in your apartment at all. When you speak to him he dismisses you due to the language barrier . When you try to reach out to someone at the office you have to wait for someone to contact you and that may take days if any response at all. I’ve spoken with other tenants and they have the same compliments.
