Mill Creek Place

I toured Mill Creek Place Apartments today. (6/5/24) The property was very clean and well maintained. Ms. Angela in the leasing office was super friendly and welcoming, she was very knowledgeable and and extremely helpful. The other young lady who worked there was very friendly as well. I did not get her name though. I'm looking forward to making this my new home. Thanks so much Angela and leasing staff!!

Didn't feel helped was told twice after looking at documents Twice that we qualified and even after almost 2 weeks and two times having to pay application fees and doing paper work still got told make to much for 3 people I feel they are not doing folks right. They saw our documents multiple time and stubs but sure did take the application fee twice. Nothing changed just seems.strange we were told multiple times we'd be fine just to wait almost a week to then lose the apartment. Just not right..... would have never waited and applied again. Why would we have wasted our time 😑

Angela is by far the best manager. She made my move in perfect I had nothing go wrong she answer my billions of questions and assisted in any way she could. She went over and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. My first time moving in an apartment staff made sure it look like the pictures everything was up to part and the community is nice and clean. Ms. Star was awesome!! The move in and paperwork was smooth and she is very patient. She is also friendly and happy to help. The slight issue I had she had fixed within a day and also personally called me to follow up to see how things were going. The grounds are kept well, the apartments are a great size and it seems like it's going to be a great environment for my children. So far so good for me and I don't officially move in until tomorrow. lol Great job Ms Star!!

Ms. Star is Amazing! She is so professional, welcoming & very kind, as a landlord she truly actually shows that she cares & she's never in a bad mood, she goes above & beyond to make sure your needs are met. I been living here for years & it's been super great! I have no complaints, the apartments are well kept & everyone is so nice, maintenance is always nice, prompt & very knowledgeable. You will not regret moving here & trust me, you will not want to move anywhere else because they make you feel so comfortable & safe! I can't say enough great things about this place, you will have to come & experience the amazement for yourself!
