Mill Creek Garden Apartments

My family and I have recently moved to Millcreek Gardens. Before coming here, I read many negative reviews, but honestly, our experience has been very different. We came here based on my brother’s recommendation—he has lived here for over 5 years. On several occasions, I stayed at his apartment with my sister-in-law, and they have never had issues with rodents or mice. It makes me sad to see how some people talk about killing animals as if it were something normal or acceptable. I truly believe that rodents usually appear in spaces that are poorly maintained or dirty, with clutter and lack of cleaning. I’m very unsatisfied with the handing of the handing of repairs in my apt especially in the bathroom area of the apartment plus other areas. I am so frustrated with the Shower,Tub that I told rental office it’s “ENBARSSING” to have visitors. Also my kitchen when I rented washer/dryer it kept over leaking /running with water all over my floor many times. The whole floor needs redone with new tiles. Some tiles are raised. In some places. They just want to put sealant down where the tiles has had water under it. Even wood work was effective in the kitchen. Not exceptable!

Moved here in November 2023. Reasonable rent compared to the location and facilities. The leasing team was very cooperative. Apartment complex is located in a calm and quiet neighborhood. Lots of greenery all around and a swimming pool too!!! Haven't had any issues with parking, molds, plumbing. The cleaning and gardening staff keeps the neighborhood neat and clean. Two sets of washer-dryers for 12 families is good enough. The Managers are super efficient. Took care of any issues within 48 hours

The management here is absolutely atrocious. When I first moved in, they gave me a temporary parking sticker, claiming they'd run out of the permanent ones. They assured me it was fine to park with the temporary sticker until they got the permanent ones in. Fast forward, my truck gets towed at the behest of the leasing office, and they have the nerve to blame me for not having a permanent parking pass. I'm taking them to small claims court to get my money back.

I enjoy living here. Management and maintenance are very helpful and I appreciate all their work. Ms. Yadira is always very kind and helpful.
