Mill City Lux Sky Top Properties

I can’t say enough great things about this building! Linda the property manager is so responsive and makes the move in process so simple. I have loved living here and was referred by my family, and I will refer anyone looking for apartments in the area. The maintenance is taken care of quickly and the building is well maintained. The only reason I’m leaving is to relocate for work - otherwise I’d never want to leave!

Been living here for 2 years now and I love it. My neighbors have been great and management is responsive. Occasional issues with the elevator but other than that I would recommend Mill City Lux to anyone looking for a place.

Live her with my boyfriend love it so much and recently moving into a bigger unit see ourselves here for a long time great and responsive management and friendly neighbors and best of all pet friendly I highly recommend

Poor communication, lacking organization, has ZERO patience for property management. Will Blind side you with all the "fees" but can "waive " some of them as Linda the property manager picks and chooses . Offered me the listing then caught an nasty attitude and told me it's not going to work because I questioned all the hidden fees she was coming up with after I agreed to lease - stating she "could've sworn she mentioned it " or it was on the leasing agreement that she had yet to send me ... PROPERTY has zero amenities and may seem like it's a good deal. But in the long run your better off renting one of the other lofts and mills in Lowell because atleast they have amenities and they're fees make sense !! Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere .
