Milham Meadows Apartments

The staff is great from what I can remember but the people that live here OMG it's either nice old people or single mothers with nine children with almost no in between The rent rates weren't half bad so there's that and the maintenance guys were usually ASAP getting stuff done. If i had to move back here I would. I've heard they've done some upgrades so it's worth a shot

Again this year there is a giant pile of trees and branches… piled I same spot as last yr. Dangerous! There are still branches on roofs since last storm and high winds. Terrible. Bushes never get trimmed! The parking lots and main driveway drains around the complex have clogged so much a heavy rain floods them. The buildings with apartments have locked doors but some tenants don’t care about anything but their buddies… getting in. Every door will get bothered if a non tenant moves in without a key (not trusted) and then call ppl names and retaliate. It’s Horrible! No security at all here. Maintenance is great except one.

I don’t care how clean it looks, it’s ghetto. Too many young people, my daughter is being harassed by her neighbor and her house full of company and they did nothing when she made a police report. How about moving her to a different building she is on the worst side of the apartment complex!!! Diane could do that if she really wanted to she just didn’t even try my daughter just moved there not even 2 weeks ago and got to deal with people who was not raised right!!! New management please because if my daughter door get kicked and banged on again it’s gone be that!!!

I lived thete for 15 years. Loved it and wish I could be a resident again. Staff was awesome. Jason and Diane. What great management skills. Grand kids had somewhere nice to play when they came to visit me.

Nice and affordable place to live. The apartment connects with the trail for exercise whenever you want to 😌
