Mike Lundy Home Inspections

I purchased a home in North Carolina and needed a home inspection done prior to close. I called Mike after searching online. He was extremely friendly and we scheduled the inspection within a few days. My Realtor met him there at the designated time he provided me with a detailed report and only one minor thing was wrong with my new house. He answered all of my questions and was very polite. Mike has been in the business for quite while now and knows his stuff Price was in line with other inspection services, I highly recommend Mike for your home inspection needs. He serves many areas of North Carolina as well.

Mike inspected our house during the due diligence period; we were nervous as the contract was an "as-is" purchase and wanted to know what we were getting into. Some crawlspace issues concerned me and I was getting bad information... We actually walked from the deal at first but Mike inspected the property, knew what he was talking about, explained what he found and discovered some things I completely missed with the roof flashing... long story short, we got a great deal, repairs were minimal, and we would've missed out had I gone with my gut. Grateful for his experience, *highly* recommend him.

Mike was very experienced and professional. He helped me solve my problem before I even needed the full inspection, which I massively appreciate.

Mike Lundy was very informative and walked us throughout our home to show us not only what he looked for as an inspector but what we wanted to pay attention to as new homeowners. From the inside to the outside of the home he inspected everything with a fine tooth comb. Definitely will be using Mr. Lundy and his services in the future!!!!!

I had issues at first but Mike came back and rechecked what was missed and reimbursed me for the costs I had accrued having to get this fixed. That was unexpected but much appreciated and helpful because I am definitely on a budget and this being my first home I definitely learned alot and I would recommend Mike in the future!
