Was kinda disappointed when they sold this place to someone else. We knew rent would go up and it did $100. Still cheaper than most of Joplin. I wish they had some sort of laundry facility for the apartments and I wish the app didn't tack on $38 every time you pay rent. This seems steep for a service fee every month.
This place is a little run down... Needs a little TLC. ***UPDATE*** New owners and they now have maintenance man living on site that has been making a lot of positive changes there. Good stuff. Only thing I don't like about the new management is that each trailer is responsible for mowing their own yards where as before the property owners had the whole trailer park mowed all at once with the cost fixed into each tenants monthly rent. Food for thought... 🤔🧐🤗
