Midtown Apartments

This has been my second summer living here. Awesome management! They are on top of everything. Super friendly as well. The apartments themselves are actually the first military barracks that were built here in Fairbanks so they are really historic. They are constantly being rennovated as people move in and out. Most of them are completely updated. So each unit looks a little different, but they are all maintained really well. The best part is they are pet friendly and so close to everything!

Prices are good. It is an older apartment buy management take pretty good care of the property. They also have cameras for safety

Alaskan motor inn is better then midtown apartments and they have a rule were you can't even open your winder unless it 45above or over can't even cool off a single room because of this bull I can't wait to move out from these apartments so horrible

Used to love this place and feel safe but lately, they’ve been renting to obvious drug addicts and dealers. Management does not keep good control of their tenants and properly enforce the rules.

They are nice apartments a little small for the price but it is a nice place to live....
