Midsouth 301

I’ve been in here 2 months n it’s been horrible. My cabinets are falling down im scared to put dishes in them. My master tub looks gross because of half painting. My window in my master bedroom fell out literally.(glass everywhere)(no office answer) My baby light cover fell from the ceiling while she was in her room playing(could have been bad) only have one lock on door(area is bad) if my shower too hot the paint on the walls start to bubble. The electrical wiring is horrible. Cant run more than 2 things in my kitchen at the same time. Air done been out 3 times. He wasn’t working just got fixed now everybody sick from the cold nights. I really wish I could get all my money back and go somewhere else. Since ms Kim left I can’t get anyone in the office to answer. Dead Bugs in dishwasher wh

My time here has been great! The whole staff is great, but the maintenance team has been amazing. They have been prompt any time we have an issue and it’s always fixed as soon as they can. They are always professional, and we feel very lucky to have such a great team taking care of our home!

I had an amazing experience touring Mid South 301 Apartments, and a big part of that was thanks to Ms. Tenisha Johnson ! From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional. She took the time to walk me through all the features of the apartments, answered every question I had with patience and knowledge, and made the whole process enjoyable. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about helping people find the right home. The community itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and has great amenities, but what really stood out to me was the outstanding customer service. If you’re considering moving here, I highly recommend scheduling a tour with Ms. Tenisha —you won’t be disappointed!

I haven’t experienced living here but when I went to apply Tanisha made my experience a nice one. She was nice, professional and very knowledgeable about the property. I enjoyed my tour with her.

I recently toured MidSouth 301, I was impressed with the overall experience. The leasing staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions thoroughly. Knowing that there is police available on site gave me added security. Overall, this community is a strong contender for anyone looking for convenient and budget friendly living. I’m definitely considering it as a top option.
