I have worked with Midpoint for over 5 years. Matt and Rich provide a level of professionalism that is very rare in Detroit Real Estate in my opinion. I have always told my students that trust is the most important thing in a business relationship. Finding a trustworthy property manager is crucial to succeeding with rental properties. As I found out in the past the hard way, bad managers can cost you dearly, especially in Detroit. Thankfully, I was introduced to these guys in 2016 and have not looked back since. Having tried others originally, I cannot recommend this company enough.

Great Management Company. As a contractor this is the best management company by far in Detroit and surrounding areas. They go above and beyond any other rental investor or management company I have ever did business with. They put the time and effort in giving there investors and tenants the best product and service they deserve. Highly recommend if you are looking for a beautiful rental property to live in Call Midpoint!

I have been a tenant for over a year. My lease was up in September and I called their office about lease renewal and never received follow up. EVER. I finally called back the office and told the receptionist that picked up the phone that I would just continue to pay my rent until I hear otherwise. You have to call Mary the maintenance manager 50 times before you get a response and the contractors she sends out have to do the same job 50 times before the work is actually done. November 22, 22, I received a voicemail from the new property management company lmaoooo. I called the new property management company who informed me that they took over managing the house I was living in on November 15, 22 and asked that Midpoint inform me this was happening---which they never did. Not a formal call

This property management company is the best out there!! They take great care of their properties and tenants. They are prompt when dealing with any issues that may arise! Cathy is awesome and always a pleasure to talk to, she has been the manager there for 8 yrs and she really knows her stuff!!
