Bayonne Bay Resident!!! Very disappointed with the lack of upkeep in this community. There have been two soiled diapers sitting in front of my garage and my neighbor’s garage for weeks. They were blown there after trash wasn’t properly removed during the snowfall, causing overflow and debris to scatter everywhere. The diapers are smashed and covered in feces — it’s completely unsanitary and unacceptable. When it snowed, we even asked management staff — who were cleaning the area across the street at other apartment buildings — if they could also clear our space. I am pregnant and wanted to avoid any risk of slipping and falling. We were told they were only assigned to that side after many complaints. Eventually, I believe they came back and cleaned everyone’s spaces, but this is a rental

I have lived in Green Hollow Drive, Iselin, NJ for several years. On January 26, 2026, a major water leak began in my ceiling. I reported it on January 27, 2026, but as of February 10, Best Rent NJ / Middlesex Management has done absolutely nothing no inspection, no repair, no follow-up. The leak has caused extensive water damage, visible black mold growth, and has already ruined my computer. The constant dripping, musty odor, and mold are creating serious health risks for my family. This is not a minor issue it is making the apartment unsafe and unlivable. I expected basic maintenance and respect for tenant safety. Instead, I’ve experienced total neglect. I strongly discourage anyone from renting here. If you value responsive management and a habitable home, look elsewhere.

Another issue with the management company !!! My complaints, emails, and calls have all been ignored since Jan 2025 when the management company decided to have one of their maintenance workers live next door. My complaints of hammering, feeding stray cats, jungle growing on the balcony and the incessant kids running, banging, food throwing on the steps and jumping until 12am has been disrespectfully ignored. I am writing to formally and urgently express my continued frustration and concern regarding the severe and ongoing issue with stray cats on the property, directly linked to the tenants next door. Despite my repeated efforts to bring this to your attention — through emails, phone calls, and in-person visits — the situation remains unresolved and is now endangering my family’s health and well-being.
