I trust the credit union in the handling of my financial needs. The staff are polite and friendly. You can access help 24-7. There's a restroom here along with a drive-thru window and lots of parking. Ask them about "money perks."

My client always give me blank checks because sometimes I deposit it in my account or sometimes I would deposit it in my business account. Instead I took my check into her bank to cash it that day and they would not accept it because I filled in my own name and they said it's not a law that I can bring in a blank check however they just wouldn't take that chance. The teller and bank manager didnt accept check unless in bank holders handwriting.. That's not right. Even though I had all ID required this is the third time. Sometimes the call the accr holder to verify.. Which also tells me it's acceptable. Waste my time, gas and I will not be going back

I was told that this credit union is full of it; your score can be great, your payment history 100% and they still told me no for a credit card. I was told oh you have to get a loan first then deposit $530 pay that back then reapply for a credit card. Absolutely not I will take my business somewhere else forget Michigan First credit union I’m going where I can soar.
