Dangerous and crime riddled area. Horrible apartment complex. Management is notorious for their negligence and uncaring treatment and manners. Owner(s) (LLC) are known documented slumlords. Even had class action lawsuits. I've had 15+ years of personal experience to these facts. Our car was broken into 4 times. Last time the hooligans allowed on the grounds set the car on fire, destroying it completely. Had three murders occur there. Documented. Numerous health and other code violations (roaches, mold, and faulty wiring, carpeting). Occasional mail theft. Just bad all around. A lot to correct so .. Good luck, I hope they have gotten better -Just do your homework first is all I can suggest now
