Overall myself and my children have absolutely loved living in this neighborhood community. My daughter is 13 and my son is 9. They are enjoying the amenities and have made many new friends who are enjoying making new memories together this summer! I’m excited to call this community my home and I’m so happy to be a part of the community! I love that this is a pet friendly community as well!!
I’ve been living at Miamisburg by the mall for over a year now, and it has truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I moved in, the management and leasing staff have been incredibly professional, responsive, and friendly. Any maintenance requests are handled quickly, often within 24 hours, which shows how much they care about keeping residents happy. The grounds are always clean and beautifully landscaped, giving the whole place a peaceful and welcoming vibe. I also really appreciate the attention to security—well-lit parking areas and secure access make me feel safe coming home, even at night. My apartment itself is spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The appliances are up-to-date, the finishes are high quality, and I love having in-unit laundry and a private balcony. Th
I've been living at BRG Apartments for a year and half now, and overall, it's been a great experience. The building is well-maintained, the common areas are clean, and the staff is responsive and professional. My apartment is modern, quiet, and has a great layout with plenty of natural light. Maintenance requests are handled quickly. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfortable and convenient living.
It's a good place to live. The apartments are old but well maintained. The neighbors are kind, there are always children playing around. If something needs fixing the staff are quick to fix it.
