Not giving 1 star since Mr. Reggio, the director of Customer Care helped submit a TON of work orders in the first year of living in our brand new home. If you already signed paperwork and it's too late to back out of your contract just be sure to have your inspections done throughout the entire build. You'll eventually probably have to close with lots of work orders pending. The first few months in our new home and we had contractors present all the time in our home. These construction managers (to put it in nice words) lack attention to detail. I'm talking from simple things missed such as upgrades done in the design studios. From drywall, to front door molding with gap where air was coming into the home. Our survey had a modified driveway and the construction manager knew from day 1 but
