The staff at MGM are very kind, helpful and down to earth! The apartment complex I'm at is very nice the people keep to themselves and the apartments are nice!

I appreciate Jermel for his professionalism and helping out me get the right apartment , everyone was so helpful and the apartment I selected at Bon Aire apartments is a great fit for me and my children thank you for all the help definitely appreciate all staff !

This is one of the worst property management companies that I’ve ever heard of. They were just fired by a condo association in Troy, Michigan for their incompetence and would highly recommend people do their due diligence before working with this company!!

If you wanna pay to live with mouses climbing on your kitchen counter this apartment is perfect! They don’t do anything besides take your rent money. It takes a month just for your maintenance request to be for filled. The building door is always broken meaning anyone can walk into your apartment complex. Oh did I forget to mention you can open your neighbors mailbox with YOUR mailbox key crazy right??! Management sucks all they do is sit in the office and suck up good AC all day long! I wouldn’t recommend this place to a dog!! Takes forever to get your security deposit back talking about up to 90 days when by law you have 45 days in the state of Indiana to return deposit to renter!! So in two weeks if my check hasn’t arrived they will be summoned by my attorney. UPDATE: I got my check be
