Don't ever rent from this place. When I rented my house in July of 2022 this was who I went thru. When I rented the house it was pet friendly but my back gate had no gate to enclose the yard. So I made multiple attempts to get them to put my back gate up so I could let my dog outside. I started a new job August 15th and still had no gate so I had to tether my dog to the gate while I was gone. Needless to say my dog got out and was impounded. I was threatened and harassed by a Brad Mistina who works for the company. They kept riding past my house looking for a reason to try to fine me. Tried to fine me for trash in the alley when it was the trash from their remodel. They didn't provide me with a trash can until over a month after I moved in but wanted to try to fine me for trash. Very unpro

I recently had our water heater fail, and PMI quickly sent out Little John to troubleshoot the issue. He was able to make adjustments and get everything running again, but shortly after he left, the pilot light went out once more. Throughout the entire process, the team maintained excellent communication. They kept me well informed about the plan, timelines, and next steps, which I really appreciated. The very next day, Little John returned with a new water heater and completed the replacement. He worked quickly and efficiently while remaining respectful, polite, knowledgeable, and highly professional. He was also very easy to talk with and took the time to answer any questions. These 5 stars are for the technician, Little John, and him ONLY. Every time we’ve needed maintenance at the house, we specifically ask for Little John. Whether it’s plumbing, pipes, or flooring, when he fixes something, it gets done right the first time and stays that way. You just don’t come across that kind of workmanship every day. Not only is he an outstanding technician, he’s a good, down-to-earth family man. We trust him 100%, and it’s always a pleasure having him come out and help us. Now… PMI-NWI on the other hand? Bless their hearts. Our experience with the company itself hasn’t been the best. The one bright spot every time has been Little John.

Had the pleasure of meeting little John when he came out to fix my front door and he was fantastic! Within the first 5 minutes he knew what needed to be done and got it done very quickly. A problem I’ve been having for MONTHS he handled before I finished my morning coffee. Very friendly and very helpful. Thank you so much Little John!

Just met Little John, and had my inspection since your company has recently taken over the property I live in. Great guy, keep up the good work. He made sure to go over everything, and was happy to answer any questions I had. Great comedian as well!
