Vita Luxury Apartments on Grant

What I like best about Vita Luxury Apartments is the social activities that are planned by Vonda the marketing director. She is excellent at making sure we the residents have fun and enjoy ourselves. She carefully plans everything from the beautiful decorations down to the good food and fun games we play. She is exceptional at her job with a warm personality and she enjoys doing her job well. I appreciate the kindness and friendly attitude of her and the great atmosphere. Thank you Vonda, keep up the good work. We appreciate you!!!

The customer service was great and the tour guide/ leasing agent was very professional.

I am always pleased with the quick response on maintenance request. Vonda is alway very professional and courteous. She takes care of you as soon as possible. Greg one of our maintenance workers is always fast and efficient. Professional and a very exceptional worker. Knowledgeable in his craft.

These apartments are nice but the Amenities put this complex in a whole other level. It's beautiful and it would give me something to do weekly.. Vonda sold me on the place she made us feel welcome she was professional and friendly. I like her vibe.. It's pricey but it maybe worth it.

The apartments are all unique. The halls and group spaces clean and well lit. I enjoy the clean and well decorated pool area in the summer. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially James March. He is always willing to go out of his way to help me out. Vita is a great place to live.
